1. Agreement

By purchasing any services from Hercules Digital ("we", "our", "us"), you ("client", "you") agree to the following terms and conditions.

We offer the following services:

  • Google Ads Management

  • Meta Ads Campaigns

  • SEO Services

  • AI Solutions

  • Website Design & Maintenance

  • Landing Page Builds

  • CRM Setup & Automation

  • Lead Generation Systems

Service scope is outlined in individual agreements.

3. Payments

  • All payments are billed upfront via Stripe or bank transfer.

  • One-time payments are non-refundable.

  • Monthly services require a minimum 1-month commitment.

  • All sales are final. No cancellations or refunds will be issued once payment is received.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Respond to requests in a timely manner

  • Supply necessary assets (e.g. images, login access) for project delivery

  • Make payments on time

5. Service Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver services as described. Timeframes and results are estimates and may vary due to market, technical, or platform changes beyond our control.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • All final deliverables (e.g. ads, landing pages) belong to you upon full payment

  • We retain the right to showcase our work in portfolios or marketing materials

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hercules Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes shall be resolved in its courts.
